Room cleanliness is lacking!!! Housekeeping doesn't clean rooms regularly and is non-responsive to requests!!! Maintenance on the TV was frustrating, and the breakfast options were disappointing at best!!!

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The jacuzzi was not functional, and the walls were paper thin, letting me hear every noise from neighboring rooms and the hall. I spent my entire week feeling frustrated and disturbed by constant noise.

Just a great fit for a city escape in Costa Mesa with real value for money. The breakfast was more than adequate and helped start our days right. Make sure to check out the convenience store across the street for late-night snacks.

I had a couple of housekeeping issues during my stay, like a lack of towels and not enough coffee supplies. The staff was friendly and quick to resolve my concerns, but it did feel like they were stretched thin. Some areas of the hotel, like the carpets and hallways, seemed overdue for cleaning or maintenance, leaving a less-than-ideal first impression. With a bit more attention to detail, this place could be really nice.
